Another terrace with a laundry and drying area, including a washing machine. Excellent location: You’ll find everything you need within walking distance—supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The house is located 15 minutes from Jaume I University and 20 minutes from CEU Cardenal Herrera University. The rooms are furnished and cater to both workers and students. The remaining room is priced at €275 per month, plus an additional €50 for energy, water, Wi-Fi, and cleaning services.
